How EntroPilot works.
Four steps from idea to documents you can verify – with sources, not claims.
The problem
The idea is there. The paperwork isn’t.
Scattered
University, chamber, funding bodies, authorities – every piece of information somewhere else.
Unclear
What does your document actually need – and is it still current?
Unsourced
Chatbots write fast but don’t show what is a source and what is an assumption.
International students: founding a company and residence status are linked. In a workshop with around 100 participants, exactly this question came up again and again.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does EntroPilot cost?
We are validating prices with founders and universities. The waitlist is free; people on it get early access. A free document check is planned as the entry point.
Does EntroPilot replace advice?
No. EntroPilot prepares documents – no legal advice, no decisions on behalf of authorities, no promise of a permit – and shows what to clarify with an advisor, a chamber or an authority.
When does it launch?
EntroPilot is a prototype using test data. A supervised pilot is planned for 2027, only after a legal and data protection review. The waitlist hears about the launch first. See the timeline
What happens to my data?
We store it only to tell you about the launch, at Supabase in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. No cookies, no ads. Delete it by emailing [email protected]; see the privacy policy.
Does EntroPilot use AI – and where do my inputs go?
Yes. Seven AI roles help you with questions, research, drafting and checking for contradictions. They suggest, you decide: only what you confirm is adopted, and a verifiable calculation engine does the finances, not the language model. Your inputs go to no external AI provider: in the prototype, open models run locally; planned is operation on controlled EU infrastructure with data stored in Frankfurt am Main.
Does it work outside Hesse?
Not at first: other German states follow only after their own source review. Cases EntroPilot doesn’t cover are referred to qualified advisors.
Who is behind EntroPilot?
A small founding team from Darmstadt. Questions or ideas? Use the contact form or write to [email protected]
